CATCHER

 

Catcher is a device invented to use together with the Oyster card in the London public transport system.

 

The concept was developed in connection with a school assignment, where we were asked to invent a new product, and sell it afterwards.

 

The project was completed with a presentation in from of a sales pitch to a panel of industry professionals, and we had to present a comprehensive explanation of the technology used, the production costs and the decitions we'd made to keep the costs down, marketing and promotional costs, pricing strategy, analysis of the user situation and needs, and finally a

marketing concept and sales plan.
